When and where is the conference?
The conference will take place Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Martin's Crosswinds (7400 Greenway Center Dr., Greenbelt, MD 20770).
Who is the conference for?
This is a Children and Youth Prayer Conference, but adults and all ages are welcome to attend.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes. All registrations must be completed by February 1, 2026.
Is the event in-person or online?
The conference will be held both in-person and online, so you can choose the format that works best for you. For online attendance, registration is per household or individual registrant. The access link is unique to your registration and should not be shared with others. Each household or individual must register separately.
Can a church host a watch party?
We'd love to have your church members attend in person. However, if your members cannot attend, please contact us at admin@cycbhn.com for more information about a special church watch party rate. This option allows a church to register under a separate arrangement without requiring each member to register individually.
How do I register?
Simply click the registration link at cycbhn.com. If you experience any issues, please email us for assistance at admin@cycbhn.com.
Is there a cost to attend?
The cost is $65 for adults; $35 for children and youth (ages 17 and under); and $35 for virtual attendance.
Are there discounts for group sales?
No. Everyone must register individually. The only exception is for online church watch parties, which have a special rate. If your church members cannot attend in person and you wish to host a watch party, please contact us for more information about this option at admin@cycbhn.com
Can I register a group of people?
Yes. You may register a group under one submission.
What is the attire?
Attire is casual. Please consider ordering our conference t-shirt or dress comfortably for a day of fellowship.
Will lunch be served?
Yes. Lunch will be served. If you have dietary concerns such as vegetarian preferences or allergies, please email us as soon as possible at admin@cycbhn.com, but no later than February 1, 2026. While we cannot guarantee the venue will accommodate every request, we will certainly ask on your behalf.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is free at the venue.
Is transportation provided?
No. Transportation is not provided, so please plan your travel accordingly.
Is there a hotel you recommend?
Yes. The host hotel is Crowne Plaza College Park, 6400 Ivy Lane, Greenbelt, MD 20772, (301) 441-3700. The hotel is approximately a 10-minute drive.
Is there a program?
Yes. There will be a program, and lunch will be served afterward.
Will seating be assigned?
No. Seating will not be assigned. We ask that parents or guardians sit with their children unless another adult has been designated.
Are there accommodations for special needs?
Yes. Please email us with any accessibility or dietary concerns as soon as possible, but no later than February 1, 2026. While we cannot guarantee the venue will accommodate every request, we will certainly ask. The venue is handicapped accessible.
What should attendees bring?
We encourage attendees to bring a Bible and a notepad if they wish.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to allow for check-in.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions before the conference, please email us at admin@cycbhn.com. During the event, look for a Conference Ambassador wearing an "Ask Me" badge.
Will there be t-shirts available for the conference?
Yes. T-shirts will be available. If you would like one, you may pre-pay and pick it up during registration. Deadline to order shirts is January 29, 2026, 11:59pm EST, to ensure an on-time delivery.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In the event that weather causes a cancellation, we will reschedule and notify you of the new date. Be sure to check the website for any changes and updates.
Is recording or posting on social media allowed?

Will the conference be recorded?
No. Recording will not be provided.
Can I bring outside food?
No. The venue prohibits outside food.
What if children need a break?
Parents or guardians may leave the conference and take their children out if they need a break.
What about children under 5?
This is a venue rule, not ours. The venue requires that every child occupying a seat or needing a meal be registered.
Can infants attend?
Yes. Infants may be held in the laps of parents or guardians. They should not occupy a chair unless space is available. Please check with a Conference Ambassador before placing an infant in a seat.
Are refunds available?
Because this is a conference, refunds are not generally offered. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but only if the registration is for the same age group and price category.
Will I receive notifications?
Yes. Everyone registered for in-person or online attendance will receive email notifications. Please also check your spam folder to ensure you don't miss important updates.
